Where do you get your clients?

Our clients are referred to us through one of our many partnering organizations. We also accept referrals from schools and municipalities on a case by case basis.

How can my organization partner with Home 2 Home Project?

Please contact us at info@h2hproject.org and we will be happy to send you information and answer any questions you may have. We will then send you a Memorandum of Understanding to be signed by the representative in charge of partnerships for your organization. Once accepted, we will send an online Client Referral Form to be used for submissions.

How can I sign up to volunteer?

We welcome anyone who wants to be a part of this life changing event and are happy to have so many enthusiastic volunteers! Please sign up for our mailings on the home page under “Never Miss A Move-In Day”, you will get sign ups sent directly to your inbox. Contact Colleen@h2hproject.org for more info.

How can I donate furniture?

Please go to the donate tab found on the homepage and follow instructions for submission and our warehouse team will get back to you ASAP.
